Which Omega Vert Juicer is the Best? 3 Models Comparison

Omega Vert Juicer

People get the most benefits from their produce when they use juicers, and these machines have become popular because of this reason. A juicer is just a specialized machine that separates and purees fruits or vegetables into fiber or a juice. Eating fruits and vegetables is very important because it helps us reduce the risks of cancer, strokes and heart attacks.

Juicing helps us offset the reality of not consuming at least five servings of vegetables and/or fruits daily, according to the USDA(United States Department of Agriculture). Drinking juiced fruits and vegetables can lower blood pressure and the amount of pesticie that we otherwise eat.

Juicing has the drawbacks that it needs to be eaten quickly and can remove healthy fiber found in vegetables and fruits. Citrus juicers are limited in what fruits they can squeeze. Juice extractors use spinning blades to puree pieces of vegetables/fruits and to separate the juice produced from the other parts. Blenders just puree foods into fiber and juice.

Customer Reviews

      Omega VRT330

The Omega VRT330 juicer has an effortless and fast operation, according to Jimmy Morelli – an Amazon reviewer. It produces fresh juice like the one you buy at any store near your home or office. The Omega VRT330 juicer will do wonders with melons because of the big holes found in its separate yellow screen, according to P. Mcdonald – an Amazon reviewer.

      Omega VRT350HD

The VRT350HD vert juicer might produce a pulpy juice, which is fine for pineapple juice, but not so great for green juice, according to L. – a Ning.com user. This juice works amazingly well with root veggies, green, and soft fruits as well. The VRT350HD juicer loves carrots and pineapples.

      Omega VRT400HDS

The Omega VRT400HDS is a very quiet machine, but it does not do a great job with soft veggies like spinach and kale, according to CHE46 – a Bedbathandbeyond.com user. Users of this juicer will have to cut vegetables/fruits up, but it is very easy to clean up and processes food quickly.

Things to Watch Out For

      Omega VRT330

The Omega VRT330 juicer might produce a sprout when stringy or fibrous foods are used, but users need to cut food into smaller bits to work this problem around. The internal parts of this juicer might become stuck when juicing leafy greens such as celery, and the cause might be that its exit chute is blocked.

      Omega VRT350HD

The VRT350HD vert juicer has a pulp ejector spout that becomes stuck very easily, which leads to a lot of pulp going into a juice. Greens can cause a little back-up of juice over the base, and juice could be found underneath the bowl.

      Omega VRT400HDS

The Omega VRT400HDS juicer has a bowel that is not perfectly placed on its base, and it seems to move around a little bit while this juicer is on. It can become stuck often if users do not cut fruits/vegetables up into very small bits, and they will have to put it in reverse if this situation happens.

About the Author: Hey, I’m Dima and I love juicing. When I was a kid, fruits and vegetables weren’t something I was very excited about. I was much more passionate about eating meatballs with spaghetti than I was about a salad of any kind :). A few years ago I discovered juicing that not only had an effect on my daily meals, my health, and my looks but also on my entire lifestyle. And I share with you all my knowledge and tips.

Quelle est le meilleur appareil Omega pour le jus d’herbe de blĂ© ? Merci !

    • admin says:

      Hello, Johanne!
Both Omega juicers are good for wheatgrass juicing- Omega VRT350HD and Omega 8006. Omega 8006 is much cheaper choice but not bad at all. You can check my comparison of these two models in Omega VRT350HD vs Omega 8006 juicer comparison. The primary benefit is that these are masticating juicers and not centrifugal. But if you look for much cheaper option, you can choose by one of more simple electric or manual juicers. See them here- best wheatgrass juicers.

Hi, every time i used to check web site posts here in the early hours in the dawn, for
the reason that i enjoy to gain knowledge of more and more.

  • Michael says:

I have 330 I found on Ebay used at 1/3 retail used only twice. Many people use juicers 2 or 3 times and find out they don’t like it.

It works like a horse. Celery is poor, though. And I love celery. Others seem to have some issues, but I lack patience and try to push everything through. I don’t understand the likes of Kale, it’s dry like cement and hard to get a yield. Cucumbers are HEAVENLY through this juicer.

clean up, OK. some days seems better than others. When putting back together the mesh screen is marked with two locators, one large other small. Took me a week to figure this out, it won’t go together unless right.
