This is a good question. We do not recommend drinking juices late in the evening for several reasons. The first is that the digestive system is beginning to shut down for the night and the nutrients are not well absorbed. Secondly, juices tend to be a little bit higher in sugars than regular food, and it may cause sleeping problems as your body tries to metabolize the sugars. It is better to drink the juices in the morning and early afternoon to get the most benefits.]]></description>

This is an excellent question to ask. All of the fruits, vegetables, and herbs mentioned here are all very healthy. The biggest question we would ask is how they were prepared? The high heat preparation used in many processes, including organic ones, can degrade many of the nutrients. Also, juice should only be a part of your daily intake of fruits and vegetables. Your body still needs to consume several servings of fruits and vegetables every day to get proper fibers and the other nutrients that are bound up in the fibers. Many of those do not transfer over to the juice. Organic is good, and we would you recommend using organic vegetables and products when possible. Until you get a right and proper juicer, using a blender and blending up the fruits and vegetables would be better than purchasing an expensive powder. It will allow you to experiment with flavors and combinations.

Probiotic blend dairy free organic ingredients, with enzyme. ** Is this a good product to invest in until I’m able to purchase my juice? I’m currently saving for a juicer.

That way you get the nutrients you need and you keep your metabolism going at a high rate of speed. See what feels right with your body and your health condition at that moment.
